A request for Return or Cancellation of an item must be arranged in advance through the Customer Service Department.

RETURN OR CANCELLATION

  • Returns and/or Cancellations are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping fees to return to the vendor.
  • Any return/exchange must be within 14 days of the receipt of the item(s).
  • Any product accepted for return must be in original and unused condition (item and
    packaging).

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

  • Sale and clearance merchandise
  • All special order and non-stock items

Returns will be credited using the original method of payment. Roman Bath Centre will not be liable for any labour or other expenses of any kind or nature incurred in connection with the sale, installation, use, or replacement of any defective product or parts. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable after your delivery and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to our warehouse.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ONLINE ORDERS RETURN PROCESS

For online orders, please email customerservice@romanbathcentre.com to obtain a return authorization. All orders should be returned to our location at 883 Caledonia Road, Toronto.
